Guiding families through recovery & professional women into leadership

I help families find steady ground through substance abuse and mental illness, and I mentor women stepping into leadership in the behavioral health field.

Recovery rarely keeps to a schedule. It happens at the kitchen table, in a late night phone call, in the moment a family has to decide what comes next. That is where I show up.

I have spent twenty years in substance abuse and mental health care, and I know this road from the inside too. I work alongside therapists and treatment teams, so the people I serve have one more steady voice in their corner.

For families

When someone you care about is struggling, it can be hard to know where to turn or who to trust. I help you find the right care, make sense of your options, and stay beside you through every step. You do not have to wait for things to fall apart before reaching out. We move by invitation, never by surprise, so the person you’re worried about can meet help with dignity.

For women in the field

I mentor women stepping into leadership roles in behavioral healthcare. After two decades as a counselor, administrator, and industry leader, I have learned a great deal along the way. I would rather hand that knowledge to you directly, so you can lead with more confidence, less guesswork, and someone steady in your corner.

There is more than one way in, and more than one way out.

EVE RUFF

No two people find their way into recovery the same way, and no two families find their way through it the same way either. I meet you where you are.

I’m here when you’re ready

There is no pressure to decide anything on a first call. We will talk about what is happening and what might help, and go from there.
